This is a Pair of Jens Risom for Knoll Dining Side Chairs, Model 666 USP, initially released in 1941. The listed price includes the pair of chairs as shown. The design was part of the 600 Series Collection that Risom designed for Knoll, the first line of furniture that Knoll ever put into production. This version of the chair features an upholstered seat and back in a red fabric, and has a frame composed of solid birch. This pair came to us from the collection of Machado Silvetti, a prominent Architect in Boston, Massachusetts.
Each chair measures 21 inches deep, 17.5 inches wide and 30.5 inches high. The fabric appears to be original and shows some fading and some blemishes. The frames are in solid condition with lots of patina, having some scuffs and scratches. Overall, this pair of chairs is in good condition. Please see photos.
